Sick/Urgent Care Visits are $89, or you can purchase a monthly membership:

$69 per month includes the following:

*An annual physical exam to include bloodwork & cholesterol panel.

$30 Copay for visit (normally $89) with RX refills.

10% off GLP-1 weight loss medications, such as Semaglutide

10% off Jeuveau Aesthetics for fine lines & wrinkles

20% off B12+MIC Injections

Some medications for common illness may be included at no additional cost.  Other medications and point of testing available at reduced rates.

$89 per month family plan available, includes 2 adults +2 children.  Additional children add $10 per month.

This is not an insurance program, health insurance is not accepted.
