*Follow up labs: $69 A patient may be required to have a follow up lab panel throughout the program (generally at 60 days in to the program) to evaluate the efficacy of the medication to ensure the appropriate treatment is being administered.  If needed, adjustments will be made for maximum results.

    Once the doctor has designed an individual hormone program for the patient, the medication with syringes (if required) are delivered right to your home or office with instructions.
